Carla Allais is the new Editorial Coordinator for Annals of Forest Science

Carla Allais joined the team of Editorial Coordination for Annals of Forest Science since the beginning of November 2025. After graduating from a Master degree in scientific publishing at Université de Caen Normandie, Carla joined INRAE at Antony (Île de France, France) as a member of the “Direction de la Science Ouverte”. She will act as an editorial coordinator for two scientific journals, one of them being Annals of Forest Science.

She will be in charge of feeding the blog of Annals of Forest Science (https://ist.blogs.inrae.fr/afs/) with news and information from the journal, care about the LinkedIn account of AFS (https://www.linkedin.com/in/annals-of-forest-science-587020263/) and more generally about external communication in connection with the publisher Springer Nature. She will contribute to the editorial activities of Annals of Forest Science alongside the next Editor-in-Chief, Jean-Christophe Domec, and the current Editorial Coordinator, Irène Gabriel. She will contribute to the interactions with associate editors, external referees and authors to provide help and support during the editorial process.
