Agronomists <a href=\"http:\/\/dx.doi.org\/10.1007\/s13593-017-0427-9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Merot and Wery<\/a> proposed six complexity indicators to assess modifications to cropping system structure and management during conversion. They demonstrate that conversion to organic viticulture increase the complexity of vineyard structure and management.
