Scientists <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1007\/s13593-019-0596-9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Andrino et al.<\/a> found that the crop of desert truffle can be stabilized and optimized, around 300 kg\/ha, by controlling the aridity index and soil water potential in the field by irrigation during autumn and spring.
