Scientists <a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1007\/s13593-018-0514-6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nettle et al.<\/a> studied such changes in Australian cotton farms exposed to major resource constraints such as irrigation water.
