It was an opportunity for building an international research community about epicormic formation on forest and urban trees and other related aspects.<\/p>\n<p>More information about the conference, the participants and access to the presentation is available at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/colloque.inra.fr\/epic-iufro\/\">https:\/\/colloque.inra.fr\/epic-iufro\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Our Guest Editor is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/profile\/Patrick_Heuret\">Patrick Heuret<\/a>, a senior researcher from the French National Institute for Agricultural Research (INRA).\u00a0He is a botanist, and a specialist by training in plant development and architecture.\u00a0His skills and expertise revolve around the diversity, the variability and the plasticity of plant architecture with a special focus on tropical plants.<\/p>\n<p>Submission deadline: end of March 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Instructions for authors and templates for the Title page and the Research article are available on\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.springer.com\/life+sciences\/forestry\/journal\/13595\">Springer website<\/a>.
